4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/dimensions, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions (if any) will be specified on the Site and apply only to qualifying orders as stated.
5. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
- For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Shipping Address & Responsibility
- Please provide complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
7. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order ships, we will send an email with tracking information. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us immediately.
8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
- Inspect packages upon receipt. If the parcel or product is visibly damaged, note damage with the carrier upon delivery and contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.
- For lost or stolen packages, we will assist in filing a carrier claim. Resolution depends on carrier investigation and the shipping service purchased. Insurance or signature-required options may be recommended for high-value orders.
9. Multiple Parcels & Partial Shipments
- Orders may be split into multiple parcels shipped separately. You will be notified and provided with tracking numbers for each shipment.
10. Restricted Items & Prohibited Destinations
- Some products may be restricted in certain countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product can be legally imported to the destination. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the delivery address.
